Layout Design Engineer / Senior / Principal
Responsible for analog and mixed-signal layout, ensuring matching, isolation and noise immunity performance.
Responsibilities
- 负责模拟模块与顶层版图设计、验证与优化
- 配合设计工程师完成匹配、对称、隔离与噪声控制
- 执行 DRC/LVS/ANT/ERC 等物理验证并收敛结果
- 参与 BCD 高压工艺平台的版图设计规则评审
Requirements
- 微电子、集成电路等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 熟悉主流版图工具与物理验证流程
- 理解高压 BCD 工艺的器件特性与版图注意事项
- 有传感器、电源类芯片版图经验者优先
- 细致耐心，具备良好的沟通习惯
