RJC8856 · Automotive-grade Smart Motor Control SoC (175 °C)
175 °C junction temperature version with 128 KB Flash with ECC, suited to 500 W automotive water and oil pumps mounted close to heat sources.
RJC8856 builds on the RJC9954 architecture with junction temperature capability raised to 175 °C and Flash extended to 128 KB with ECC, making it suitable for control units mounted close to the engine or to the pump body in high ambient temperature locations.
It likewise integrates MCU + LDO + Pre-Driver + LIN PHY and supports FOC, six-step commutation and sensored/sensorless control.
