RJC9954 · Automotive-grade Smart Motor Control SoC (150 °C)
MCU + LDO + Pre-Driver + LIN PHY in one chip with a 32-bit RISC32 MCU at 48 MHz, matched to 500 W automotive water pumps and cooling fans.
RJC9954 is a highly integrated SoC for 500 W-class automotive motors such as electronic water pumps and cooling fans. A 32-bit RISC32 MCU, LDO, pre-driver and LIN PHY are integrated on-chip, greatly reducing external components, shrinking PCB area and lowering BOM cost.
Hardware acceleration engines including CORDIC and HWDIV support six-step commutation, FOC and sensored/sensorless control strategies, adapting to different motor types and application scenarios.
