RJM2120 · Differential Hall Current Sensor

Differential Hall architecture with strong common-mode stray-field immunity. Pin-to-pin compatible with ACS724 / MLX91220 for traction inverter and power-supply current sensing.

RJM2120 uses differential Hall technology: the differential structure rejects the common-mode interference caused by external stray magnetic fields, keeping current measurement stable in electrically noisy environments such as traction drives and power supplies.

It is offered in SOP8 / SOW10 / SOW16 packages to suit different isolation and creepage requirements, and is pin-compatible with ACS724 / MLX91220 for direct replacement designs in 12 V / 48 V automotive systems, shortening the customer qualification cycle.
