RJM2310 / RJM2311 · Automotive-grade Linear Hall Current Sensor
Programmable sensitivity from 0.5 mV/G to 11.5 mV/G, 240 kHz bandwidth, 2.2 µs response and ±1% sensitivity error over the full temperature range — built for three-phase traction inverter current sensing.
The RJM2310/1 family is a high-accuracy integrated linear Hall current sensor developed for three-phase current sensing in automotive traction inverters. A magnetic concentrator ring gathers the flux, and the Hall element delivers a voltage directly proportional to the primary current. User-programmable sensitivity from 0.5 mV/G to 11.5 mV/G combined with high-resolution EEPROM trimming meets ±900 A full-scale and better than 3% system accuracy over the entire temperature range.
The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified and rated for −40 °C to 150 °C ambient. The VCC pin withstands ±18 V and VOUT tolerates +16 V to −6 V, and wire-break and short-circuit diagnostics are integrated, giving the environmental robustness demanded by harsh automotive applications.
