RJM4929C / RJM4920 · Crankshaft / Transmission Speed Sensor

For crankshaft and transmission speed measurement, pin-to-pin compatible with TLE4929 / A19520, delivering highly reliable speed signals to the powertrain.

RJM4929C measures crankshaft speed and RJM4920 targets transmission speed sensing. Both use a back-bias differential Hall architecture and output a digital signal proportional to rotational speed, providing the reference for fuel injection and ignition timing as well as transmission shift control.

Supplied in TO-94 packages and pin-compatible with TLE4929 / A19520, they can be dropped into an existing design.
